Paid by buyers only
No supplier commissions, kickbacks or rebates — ever. The sentence is printed in the header of every report we issue, so you can hand the report to the factory and show it exactly what we are.
We judge, we don't check
Deliverables end in verdicts: the A/B/C/D quadrant and red flags R1–R9 on an assessment; accept / rework / reject on a corrective-action review. Checklists can be copied by anyone — the judgement is the service.
LED vertical only
Six capability areas, lifetime-chain locking down to bin codes, LM-80 and finished-goods thermal rise as standard verification. We don't sell audits outside what we can judge.
Everything at cost
Laboratory tests are specified, placed at ISO 17025 labs and passed through at cost — you see the lab's own invoice. No markup, no commission, no handling fee.
The archive is yours
Every report, photograph and record is delivered and kept retrievable for 24 months. If the relationship ends, the archive is handed over within one working day. No hostage files.

Scope & fixed quote
We collect requirements (ARCF for audits, PRB for projects), fix the scope in writing and quote a fixed, all-in price. No hourly billing, no surprises after signature.
Executed & witnessed
On-site audit, four gates, teardown, laboratory tests — carried out by a senior lighting engineer, witnessed and photographed on the floor.
Archived & handed over
The complete traceable file arrives within 5 days of completion and stays retrievable for 24 months — yours to show auditors, insurers and customers.
