Specification
Lifetime-chain lock: light engine / LED, driver, capacitor & MOS whitelist, TIM. LM-80 and temperature-rise testing mandatory. You approve one page in plain language.
Shortlist & aligned quotes
Target configuration to 3–5 factories. Deviations registered, equivalents assessed, apples aligned before prices compare.
Gates 1–2
Golden sample verification, then first article inspection against the frozen specification.
Gates 3–4
Mid-line check, pre-shipment inspection (ISO 2859-1 AQL), and loading supervision with container and seal numbers.
Order Archive Pack
Within 5 days of shipment: specification, all gate reports, photos, shipping records. Retained 24 months.
