We don’t own labs. We know exactly which one your question needs.
Photometry, EMC, safety, IP, thermal, reliability — each test lives in a different accredited laboratory around us. Our job is to specify the right test, place it at the right lab, witness what matters, and pass the fee through at cost. No markup. Ever.
What we can place, and where it runs.
These are the test families we arrange routinely. Accreditation status is verified before any booking — an unaccredited report is worse than none.
Four steps, and who does what.
You never deal with the lab directly — but you see every document it issues.
Specify
We translate your engineering question into a test plan: which standard, which samples, which conditions, which pass/fail limits.
Pre-approve
Cost, duration and sample logistics are quoted to you before anything ships. You approve the spend; there is no surprise line later.
Witness
Samples are delivered under our chain of custody. For judgement-critical runs, we witness the test in person — the lab is a drive away.
Report & interpret
The accredited report comes to you untouched. On top of it, you get our interpretation: what the numbers mean for your purchase decision.
Why a buying agent with no lab markup matters.
This page has a second argument, and it is structural.
The lab works for us, not for the factory
A factory-nominated lab has a customer relationship with the factory. The lab we nominate has none — it gets paid by the test, and its accreditation is on the line for every report.
At cost keeps the incentive clean
If tests carried a margin, every failure analysis would magically recommend more testing. Ours don't: the lab fee on your invoice is the lab fee on ours, and the LTO form shows it.
Accreditation is checked, not assumed
CNAS / ISO 17025 scope is verified against the accreditation body's database before booking — the same discipline we apply to factory certificates at the audit gate.
The lab boundary, stated plainly.
Because this is where ambiguity would cost you later.
